Dear Friend Amy Post I received thy kind letter by yesterdays mail for which I truly thank thee. And now I will ask another favor. Will thee please finish the direction of this letter to our dear Esther. I do not know her number or the names of her friends, to whose care I might direct. My husband is in poor health, and is very anxious to have Esther come and spend some time with him. It would cheer him and we are all very anxious to see his [pleasure?].
